2019 - A Look Back

2019. What a way to round out an eventful decade. Far & away the most momentous event of my year is captured above: our beautiful girl, Simone, entering the world to complete our little family. She couldn’t be a sweeter baby & we absolutely adore her (including her big sister, Vivienne). Once again, my wife amazed me. I’m a lucky fella to have three wonderful beauties in my life. (See Simone a few months later in the first photo below).

While I didn’t escape the country this year, I did get to some pretty amazing locations stateside. I documented weddings in North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, California (3 in the Bay Area) & of course, various beautiful locations in Portland & throughout Oregon. I continue to be fortunate enough to work with the most wonderful clients. I’m particularly grateful to the couples that entrusted me to document one of the biggest days of their lives.

We also had some pretty great family adventures in Oregon. The highlight probably being our road trip down to the Southern Oregon Coast (with a quick dip into California). I absolutely love the Oregon coast, but the Samuel Boardman State Park/Brookings area is truly special.

I’m already looking forward to where 2020 will be taking me. I have some exciting weddings on the books, but still room for more. Please get in touch if you or someone you know is getting married or need other photography work done.
